Wafios Maschinenfabrik GmbH

1893 yilinda Pfullingen, Almanya'da, Ernst Wagner tarafindan manuel olarak çalisan tel örgü makinasi üretmek üzere kurulan firma, 1909 yilinda Reutlingen, Almanya'ya tasindi ve Hans Ficker'in ortakligi ile firmanin ismi Wagner&Ficker Maschinenfabrik olarak degisti. 1914'te Otto Schmid'in de katilmasi ile kurum WAFIOS adini aldi. 1918'de yay sarma, çivi ve vida endüstrisine yönelik otomatik metal isleyen tornalar ile üretimini genisletti. Ikinci dunya savasinda nerdeyse tamamen yikilan firma yeniden insa edildi. Halen Tel örgü, çivi, yay sarma, tel bükme ve zincir tezgahlari üretmektedir.

Hilgeland-Nutap AG

Carl, Emil and Wilhelm Hilgeland founded in 1920 a company for cold forming machines for screws, rivets and bolts.In 1996 the company join the Wafios group. One year later Hilgeland took over the Nutap machine programme. Hilgeland produces today single blow, double blow and multi station headers, thread rolling, pointing & rounding, nut tapping machines.

Rudolf Grauer

Grauer is a highly qualified Swiss company spezialized in manufacturing staple+multiwire staple production systems, coat hanger machines and wire flatteners.

Formatech

After the close-down of the PELTZER & EHLERS corporation in 1981, Mr. Gerd Terhaag and Wolfgang Oellers founded FORMATECH. In time customer enquiries led FORMATECH became more and more a supplier of complete manufacturing systems. Acquired Know-How over the years , induced WAFIOS AG, to take over Formatech GmbH.
